We operate a website and an e-shop on www.illko.cz.
We process some personal data to provide our services, sell goods and operate our website.
The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 December 2016.
April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (the ‘GDPR’)
1. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
A) Processing of personal data in case of using the contact form If you inquire about our products and services, we will work with your contact details that you provide to us, mainly through the inquiry form.
These are: Name and surname, billing and delivery address, e-mail and telephone. For what reason? We will contact you through them for further arrangements regarding goods and services. On what legal grounds? This is processing on the basis of Art.

Taking pre-contractual measures at your request. How long will we process personal data? If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 3 years from our last communication. B) Processing of personal data in the event of a purchase If you buy from us, we will work with the data you fill in for us.
These are mainly billing information: name, surname and address. For what reason? We need to process personal data in order to fulfil our contract – to deliver our goods or services to you.
We will also communicate with you via contact details about the status of your order, or about complaints or your questions.
We will further process personal data to meet our obligations under the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or to handle complaints and others). On what legal grounds do we process personal data? This is processing on the basis of Art.

For the duration of the performance of our service and thereafter 3 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods. C) Newsletters (commercial communications) If you are a shopping customer and you did not forbid us to do so at the time of purchase, we will use your e-mail address to send out our newsletter. On what legal grounds? This is allowed by Art. 7 para. 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, unless you forbade us to do so when making your purchase. How long will we process personal data? 5 years from your last purchase.

2. WHO CAN ACCESS THE DATA?
Your data will remain with us.
Nevertheless, some companies or other persons work for us who get access to the data because they help us run our e-shop.
They are:
- companies involved in the dispatch of goods (PPL CZ s.r.o., with its registered office at K Borového 99, Jažlovice, 251 01 Říčany, ID No. 251 94 798, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 105858)
- marketing agency (NEO STYLE s.r.o., with its registered office at Zahradní 11411/2a, 683 01 Rousínov, ID 049 80 905, the company is registered at the Regional Court in Brno, Section C, File 92921)
We process personal data only within the European Union.
3. WHAT ELSE YOU SHOULD KNOW
We do not have a data protection officer appointed in our company.
In our company, decisions are made on the basis of automatic processing or profiling.

5. YOUR RIGHTS IN RELATION TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The GDPR gives you, among other things, the right to contact us and request information about what personal data we process, to request access to this data from us and to have it updated or corrected, or to request restriction of processing, you can request a copy of the processed personal data, to request the deletion of personal data in certain situations and in certain cases you have the right to their portability.
Processing based on legitimate interest may be objected to. If you think that we are not handling the data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or to take your claims to court. These conditions are effective from 1.6.2024
