Download the software directly from the METREL website.
A brief procedure for downloading the program from the Metrel website and installing it:
Notification: Only certain documents can be downloaded directly from the Metrel website. Most of the guides and software can only be downloaded after registering on their website.

In the left column “Select product group” you can select the type of product, the easiest way is to leave “All product group”.
In the middle column “Select product” , select the device type.
In the right column “Select download type” you can select the type of the downloaded file, the easiest way is to leave “All download types”.
Then click on the “Search downloads” button in the bottom right.
In the list that appears, click on the arrow in the “File” column in the “PC software” row to download the installation file.
The installation file may be compressed in ZIP format. Expand it e.g. to a scratch folder or Windows desktop.
Always install and upgrade the program in Windows operating systems as an administrator. To do this, right-click on the installation file (often called setup.exe) and click on “Run as administrator” in the menu that opens. Depending on how Windows is configured, you may still be asked to agree to make changes to your computer.
Detailed installation description, information about which program you have a license for, etc. are listed in the documentation that came with your device. (If more than one program or version is offered for download.)
